Off topic but since I mentioned this on the other two library blogs, I'll mention it here...

You mentioned theater which calls to mind plays which, by associative extension, calls to mind screenplays, and that calls this to mind this: your readers might find the software located at http://www.celtx.com useful should they wish to write a screenplay. Celtx has a free version-in Swedish, English and other languages-and one write properly formatted screenplays, plays, and so on with it. Also, one can save the screenplay as a PDF. It is worth taking the time to download the software and examining it thoroughly.

Nu handlar det inte om vilka juridiska bevekelsegrunder som gör åtskillnad mellan den ena eller andra tillämpningen av begreppet intergitet, utan att jag anser att det är en orimlighet att det ena är ok ur intergritetssynpunkt, medan den andra inte är det. Jag skulle tro att många med mig skulle anse det vara mer intergitetskränkande att få en kamera uppstucken i ansiktet på gatan utan att kunna säga nej av intergritetsskäl, än att gå in i t.ex. en konsthall och ha en övervakningskamera som följer mig på vägen. Kartan (lagen) säger en sak och verkligheten (min uppfattning/åsikt)en annan. Jag måste naturligtvis följa kartan (lagen)samtidigt som det är min rätt/skyldighet att hävda att det är verkligheten som bör gälla. Att lagen säger en sak är inte samma sak som att hävda att "det är sanningen".

Jag håller med i din slutsats, att den personliga integriteten (per definition) är relativ, däremot håller jag inte med ditt resonemang som leder till den slutsatsen :-p

Skillnaden som du påpekar har föga lite att göra med om det är fråga om rörliga bilder eller stillbilder utan i princip uteslutande om bilden tas av en människa (manuellt) eller automatiskt (övervakning).

Som nästa steg tillkommer sedan frågan på vilket sätt bilden får användas och/eller spridas. Och där skiljer sig faktiskt bestämmelserna avseende den personliga integriteten inte mellan automatiska övervakningsbilder och manuella bilder (och även här oberoende om det är stillbilder eller video)

The only people that complain about civil liberties eroding because of public security cameras are people who imagine themselves caught for doing something they shouldn't be doing and defense attorneys who don't like evidence showing their client is guilty.

In due time, Lars. In due time. First, however, Katrineholm has to get from underneath some of the poor decisions the current powers-that-be made with some of their so-called "investments" that failed to sufficiently consider competition from other communities and "What happens without a backup plan?" along with the long term negative environmental impact and safety issues given the proximity of the warehouse to residences. They failed "big time" to remember fundamental rules of investment and, thus, "bet the house" on that Logistikcentrum while better opportunities were lost. (That "biz" ranking highlights what I've been saying all along about their biz skills, i.e., their lacking foresight and sufficient consideration for exploiting the right opportunities.)

BTW, nice chess table you bought for the library. Nice (though I hope you got it cheap). Now let's hope people use the table to "stimulate their synapses" and learn, by extension, foresight, patterns, and planning.

The problem in any school system starts with the primary world view and how the educators view the purpose of pedagogy. All else results from that world view. It's not just a matter of money or even public vs. private schools. It's about what is the fundamental goal of education and there-precisely there-is where the Swedish school system fails. The real purpose of an education is found in the real purpose of existence itself: "conscious theosis".
